The foundations seem done, after a long period of working underground in the dark. Like a nation newly nuclear armed, I now fear no other and am prepared to inject my view into the global network, ie aspire to the ruling class, those who hope to guide the course of human affairs.

A prospectus for a new religion. . . .
Religion is the set of communication protocols that bind us together into a coherent society. Each of us is born feral with power to assimilate ourselves into our parental environment. We slowly learn the language, the culture, the techniques and skills required to survive as an individual in a group. All of this we take to be religion. It is so ubiquitous that we barely notice it until something goes wrong. The worst that can happen is religious conflict, a chronic problem in today's world.
jciii is intended to work toward solving this problem.

The world has taken a beating from us, as we are now (as a species) becoming aware. The common problem of accommodating ourselves to our habitat while preventing a population collapse as the consumption bubble bursts. We need Islam because it is sitting on a lot of oil, but that oil is also a drug which has led us into this impasse, and we must use it to find our way out, ie to reduced footprint, increased (until total) solar energy.
Exploration can be unpleasant. Can work be more so? The difference is that in exploration the goal is unknown, since we are moving into an area of ignorance, in work it is known and subject to relatively simple calculations of return on investment. One invests one's body in building to pay for life, but as one ages it becomes necessary to move from physical to spiritual means of survival. My own case, given the community of the human condition, is an instance of the general case.
Our general problem is a simple matter of the dynamics of energy and entropy. High entropy / energy ('small') is beautiful. A big plane is small because it carried more memory (people) a greater distance for a given amount of energy,
The aim of natural theology is to make all the elements of our piecemeal understanding of ourselves and our Universe into a global picture that shows how we are part of this place, not some kind of aliens as the Catholic Church says, Quote some Papal statement about exiles. One may see the transition to JCiii as parallel to Apple quitting the proprietary OS and going open and global with Unix. Open source religion. Why does open source work: why is there not anarchy? Because there are clear goals. The game is to devise a function or mapping which takes some sort of input (like people wanting to take a plane trip) and some output: an air ticket and a transfer of a quantity of money from passenger to airline. The defined output from religions is harmonious and interesting sustainable human life. Sustainability means reducing our load on the planetary system to an acceptable figure asymptotic to zero.
At the heart of the capitalist system is the capital market, where people invest their resources in production systems for various tradeable goods.

'It is written' does not necessarily mean written long ago, although some things were. The Universe is continually writing at a rate determined locally by energy density, or just density, since energy == mass.

the paramount importance of the way data collected is decoded. [Isaiah 42:20] No system can interpret a foreign language, but plastic systems can adapt as languages change and continue to extract the meaning that is important to them
The search for meaning. The whole Universe, that is god, is the context of human meaning. We are parts of god and know god through ourselves. This way of understanding our relationship with god is to be preferred to the mysterious god to whom access is controlled by a college of eunuchs.
Science prepares a computable model and compares it to the data. Our awareness of our impact on global climate is heavily dependent on global weather models and big computers. Theology, as I see it, rests on a trinity of theorems which can be assembled into a dynamic system isomorphic to a computer network.
These pages are written after insight or inspiration when words (exactly these) begin to form in my mind and undergo editing as I write to form (eg) this sentence. Now it is written, and will eventually join its peers on the internet as laboratory notes taken during the development and application of a model of god.
As I wrote many years ago, the theorems of Cantor, Gödel and Turing are non-constructive and therefore apply to all consistent formal systems, creating a boundary between consistent and inconsistent. An idea is that inconsistency is equivalent to the potential that drives motion. So all this work is driven by the deeply felt (in me) inconsistency between the religious ideas of the world and our contemporary scientific view of the world.

There is no place in natural religion for people or institutions to enforce points of view that are not supported by evidence as seems to be the case with major global 'missionary' religions.
For societies to survive the theologians must ultimately control those whose life is purely moment to moment through the rule of law, the formal constitution of a stable society. Such as society must implement its formalism through some system of reward (and perhaps punishment) so that it is not subject to cancer (corruption) a subset of its members siphoning off wealth from the body politic and giving only trouble in return. METAPHYSICS = the dialogue between motion and stillness. Both exist although many have thought one inferior to the other.
Expressing the metaphysical problem mathematically we map motion to continuum and stillness to quantum. The core of mathematics the the desire to express the properties of infinite systems within the confines of an article or book.

I speak of this religion as new, but it is clearly deeply entrenched, and has always been, behind the more visible manifestations of religion, the network generated by love, centred in self love but expanding and gaining meaning when it happens that effective self love requires universal love. One can see all the physically based human conflicts as resolvable once communication and trust are established between conflicting users of the available resources.

The energy of a state is the rate of processing (flow of action per time) needed to keep it in existence.
The purpose of religion is to navigate through life. To do this we need a model of life, just as we need a model of the solar system to navigate on earth and in circumsolar space. As the millennia have rolled by, the human view of life has expanded until we now see ourselves as gods, parts of a divine Universe, bound by a certain 'noblesse oblige' to live in harmony with our planet.
