Sitting here reading newspapers on the internet and thinking I should do some work, ie establish some new fixed points in the world either by fixing some things around the house, weeding and planting the garden, or moving some writing projects forward, particularly this month's letter to the pope. Such fixed points may be considered to have significant entropy taking note of the space of possibilites in which they exist, or perhaps zero entropy, insofar as they exist (when done) as independent entities, part of the past with no further space of possibilities surrounding them. Another task would be to find the planing machine, which is somewhere in the space of my property, and so can be assigned an entropy which will measure the amount of information I gain when I find it.

Quid est hoc quod est esse? Communication? All my experience of self and world is communication, described at the fundamental level by quantum mechanics.
Baltzly: Stoicism and Epicureanism eclipsed by Christianity.
The principal means of dealing with corruption is to expose it, since it depends on secrecy for its survival, like cancer [or an infection].
The notion that all [good] things are spiritual is a delusion. What about the sun sparkling on rippling waters, a baby's smile of a dolphin cavorting in the waves. Spirit is physical, like all information. This is not to say that all spiritual matters are public. We can experience deep feelings of faith, hope and love within ourselves, but these can be expressed in words, art and literature whose meaning is clear to those who have experienced such feelings themselves.
Earth is heaven for us because we have evolved to fit in it.

One cannot navigate with certainty without having the whole picture. The outlines of the picture are the stationary points and lines, wich are continuities. From an algorithmic point of view a continuum is a non event, a fixed point, Only breaks in the continuity can carry information, ie modulation, which is a species of computation. This is the world of theology at the boundary between chance and necessity.
We come back to the creative ower of the divinity in the multiplication of fixed points (personalities) in the Universe, a transfinite transformation of the Trinity.
The political mission of physicaltheology.com is to establish a scientific theology as the touchstone of human behaviour at all scales, that is to all behaviours at all scales, which, insofar as they are fixed, must be computable. The random incomputable is not to be found in the set of behaviours but to be a transfinite halo surrounding the set of computable behaviours.
Ha-Joon Chang page 254: 'Second: we should build a new economic system on the recognition that human rationality is severely limited', as is the rationality of the whole system, because the set of computable (predictable) functions is infinitesimally small compared to the set of all functions, but is endowed, by the power of computability, to become the [set of] most common processes in the Universe. Chang
A successful society must reconcile religion and economics. Religions have often claimed to be above economics, and economists have become sectarianized, rather like religions.
[page 149]
The root of any religion is its business plan. How does it extract money from the population for the services it yields? The traditional answer is with difficulty because it is of the essence of religion to maintain its financial survival by eliciting donations rather than charging fees.
The Church of the Invincible Sun.

The Sun shines [more or less] equally on us all and the Earth is our common heritage. There is no religious foundation for rich and poor.
On the whole communication between asynchronous systems can be quite dodgy, About 10% of the time my phone rings and there is no one there, probably a computer.

Solar Theology: On the Sun. Possibility allows action as an open pipe allows flow, since the Universe is always under the pressure of action / creation, measured by the stress / energy tensor. So the idea od marketing the Sun as God opens the way for a new book.
We respect and honour those who give their lives for a cause even though the cause my be deceptive, foolish or plain wrong.

Complexification works by copying, that is reproduction, producing a new instance of a formally (approximately) identical entity.

Christians worship a false God,.The God of the Christians worship is a crusty and vindictive old mongrel. You might remember some of his more famous actions: The Fall, the Flood, the Exodus, Abraham and Jacob, the Crucifixion and so on all vicious retribution for supposed slights.
This God is clearly modelled on the personalities of the rules who held power while the Bible was being created, We see an interplay between vicious rulers and prophets predicting even worse to come ff the ruler does not conform to the supreme ruler, the prophet's God. I am setting out to play the role of a prophet, destroying the ancient and unsatisfactory Christian fictitious God and replacing it with the real God, reality. From a practical point of view, God is the way things are, as the Bible tells us in a more scientific moment. I Am that I Am - Wikipedia
