What are we looking for? An explanation of how we learn language. The hypothesis is that the constraint of unitarity narrows the possibilities to a learnable space, ie the distribution of possibilities falls off exponentially so that the core language is quite constrained, beginning with a real qubit whose complex interior is deleted by hermitian operators so we can build the universe out of fermions and bosons which give us Minkowski space and the ‘mass shell’ which leads us to constraints like the Dirac equation and spinors.

A lot of this constraint is ‘neutralized’ by the false assumption that Minkowski space is continuous, which has the effect of making the probability distribution on the real line [0, 1] linear as opposed to the exponential distribution in position significant numbers / sentences, ie order is a very powerful constraint which is exploited in “next word’ predictions in LLM’s. The selective power of the hermitian operator is quasi infinite in that it reduces the complex plane to a line in the complex numbers on the unit circle to two possibilities,

the bugbear faced by quantum computationalists. We should examine the probability distribution implicit in the Born Rule. LADW: What is done wrong in this book? First course in Linear Algebra, Only spaces over real and complex fields + finite dimensions.

Basis: a system with the property that any vector admits a unique representation as a linear combination. Then linear independence and generating system appear as halves of the basis property: uniqueness and representation.

We are not just looking for linearly independent but the correct number of linearly independent solutions, i.e. for a basis in the solution space.

Basis enables us to introduce coordinates in Rn and Cn.

Matrix multiplication — explain the strange looking rule for matrix multiplication. Very natural, no choice.

Chapter 4; Introduce Cn for spectral theory.

Throughout the book I identify a linear transformation and its matrix when it does not lead to confusion (ie a failure of linear independence).

The set of fundamental particles are ‘words’ in the fundamental language of the universe, linked by unitarity and a spectrum of frequencies [dancing in transformations represented by unitary sequences of matrices].

They say the elementary particles are structureless points, but they all have certain properties which give them identities which must be encoded somehow, possibly in ‘contained’ Hilbert space vectors [souls?, angels?]. Qiu-Hong Hu (2005_12_29): The nature of the electron

How does evolution create such beautiful creatures: by following (being constrained by) the dynamics. This begins in the music of quantum mechanics and comes to light in music and dance, sport, work and everything else, even going to the toilet.

We might say that the gauge theory and the Lagrangian are the foundation of dynamics. We need to write a dance called the hadron whose signature eternal movement is called the proton. QM and Hilbert use Brouwer - from continuity viatopology, compact and convex - this is what Einstein missed. L. E. T. Brouwer (1881 - 1966).

On converting discrete musical notation (identified fixed points) we should be able to write the music for all the dancers that play the proton, 6 quarks, three flavours, 8 gluons, 3 colours, all confined logically, not spatially. Each fixed point is a different note. We need 61 keys to play the elementary particles. The music is the force realized by the energy of the dancers [from mind via nerve to muscle]. From this point of view, calculus is good.

Say it again - the structure of the world is determined by the needs of dynamism which requires fixed particles (fermions) and labile particles (bosons). These were the world’s first creative bifurcation related to energy, that is a set of actions created from nothing by bifurcations. Aristotle saw the point with hylomorphism. Motion is essential for life, sine qua non and also the source of error [evil?] which has to be [self-] selected out - cognitive cosmogenesis logical motion.

Life is a battle of logical (causal) motion and random motion. Complex motion is the world of randomness because i = √-1 is unconstrained, orthogonal to the real, like zero.

Angelic magic: e = cosθ + isinθ Pythagoras + complex plane: hf = h/time per action. The quantum of action is the unit of universal discourse. The hourly rate is cashflow, i.e. the rate of flow of units of money, the rate of action so cashflow ≡ energy. The integral of energy is capital, mass M = E/c2, where c is the real part [in Minkowski space] of the conversion factor between space and time.

So we come to [creating the universe] page 4: action and the cosmic economy [maybe we need an aside here on Ludwig Boltzmann and entropy].

The Hilbert world is immaterial, angelic. The role of quantum mechanics is to bifurcate the immaterial zero energy world into two forms of energy, [kinetic] space (mass, [mass shell]) and potential energy (time) [splitting the abstract into [real] actual and possible]. This is the beginning of the cosmic economy we call Minkowski space which is nothing [as Einstein realized] r2 - t2 = 0 [but its content] which combines something (mass (capital)) and action (potential) or something like this.

By that the general theory of relativity as a logical building is eventually finished. The relativity postulate in its general form that makes the space-time coordinates to physically meaningless parameters [. . .]. However, the general relativity postulate offers nothing new about the essence of the other natural processes, which wasn't already taught by the special theory of relativity. Quantum mechanics distills existence out of the non-existence of the nothing that we have called the uncreated Aquinas–Einstein symmetry. It is nothing because it is uncreated, as the Hilbert space is nothing, a mathematical abstraction to which quantum mechanics is going to add matter and energy to the potential of forms, massive fermions and massless bosons. Quantum mechanics is like sex, it makes desire real just as the lust for life makes babies which are the ultimate reason for living. At last I can out the killer concept hidden in Cognitive cosmogenesis.

Like the traditional gods, the initial symmetry is eternal and uncreated, but it nevertheless creates, first by making angels, the abstract Hilbert space and then by the angels making hermitian operators which separate mass from form and make reality via [fermions and bosons].

We may think of Hilbert space as an abstract mixture of space snd time like angels and Platonic substantial forms. The next step is quantum mechanics which uses a subtle tool, a complex self-adjoint or hermitian operator which splits the Aquinas–Einstein symmetry into kinetic snd potential energy which are in fact equivalent to mass, ie E/c2 and real time cashflow, setting cosmic capitalism on its way.

My days are a cycle of confidence and doubt. During my days in the monastery it was de rigueur to believe in the invisible god and a lot of spiritual advice took the view that even though you did not have of radical security in your divinity we are sure that they are looking after us because at the root the popes are infallible and the Catholic Church, like great empires and powerful banks, is too big too fail. It did not seem to take me long to feel that the too big to fail argument did seem a bit tattered and probably by the time I was 30 I felt totally cynical about the faith I had been indoctrinated with and verging on the idea that there is no god.

Of course the feeling was not so fatal because it was and is that there is no god like the Church proposes but from the time I wrote How Universal is the Universe I was pretty sure that the universe plays all the roles that are attributed to gods. And if we follow most of the ancient mythology, we learn that many gods are ratbags, not least the Catholic God who had their son tortured to death to enable them to forgive the human race for their [alleged] original sin. Now that I am getting into scientific theological mode it is clear to me that we cannot resist the notion that the universe is divine but we h ave a lot of work to do to understand the potentially heavenly nature of human life which is available to us of we take a more proactive stance against those who profit from the sufferings of others and take up the fight for heaven against those who prefer to make hell on earth for everyone but

themselves.

The core to this perception, which has been with me since the 80s, is the development of a theory of peace, an algorithm for the management of human affairs that makes life heavenly for all of us and from a practical point of view some down simply to how we treat on another, not to the belief that we are all universally evil and need too be violently controlled, but that we are all essentially cooperative survivors and need to create a society where everybody is cared for which is essentially a question of mental space as I realized in the 1987 Theory of Peace. Given that we and our world are real objects with definite natures amenable to scientific study, we basically need to take the view that the role of science is to0 improve our approximation of cresting heaven on earth, i.e. scientificslly informed human technology, the art of living and loving.

The fact that we have a well established (14 billion years) and scientifically observable god gives us a very sound starting point from the point of view of history, most of which has been built around ignorant and militaristic gods and demons embodying the least desirable features of human nature rather than our better angels. Much of this is a consequence on Darwinism as a doctrine of the survival of the “fittest” as opposed to survival of the most socially creative which is a quality shared by all the non-cancerous and non-pathological cells in my body and the determination of this quality has a good scientific basis in the economic foundation of survival without destroying the environment we depend upon for our survival, initially a dynamic question to be answered by a deep knowledge of the nature of the world. Steps to creating a universe from the Platonic initial symmetry, the form of the good,actus purus, to the current state of the world. This view gives some direction to [the new sites] L4L, moral-algebra and on-creation, the websites feeding into my next book. This I optimistically plan to complete in 2 years but will probably take 4. At least the vision on the horizon is beginning to materialize to a point where it becomes marketable and can gradually step into the network as a self consistent creative meme.

To dare is to do. Angels are OK. They do not belong to any particular religion.

The idea of using angels as an analogy for the inhabitants of Hilbert space gains weight from Jones (2020) and gives us a leg up from the ancient mystical and literary tradition of theology toward my program to convert theology to a real science by proposing that the physical universe is the body of God which we may study in detail, beginning with quantum mechanics, to develop the foundations of scientific theology. The way things are now the divine analogue is the eternal symmetry whose first step is to create angels, immaterial intellects whose status is filtered by quantum mechanics which creates kinematic and potential energy in the divinity to produce real massive fermions communicating by massless photons. The question is how does this bifurcation

come to be and how does it relate to gauge theory with an effective zero energy gauge (lagrangian) and very close relationship to the initial symmetry, gravitation, whose equivalence principle is equivalent to its own zero energy gauge. The theologically interesting point here are the angels first found as bosons and realized as massless basis states of the angelic world that binds the massive fermion world in Minkowski space [into complex structures], honouring the Aristotelian idea that space is simply the place of its contents.

This model seems to be chugging along nicely and we can think about mapping it onto Hilbert’s formal mathematics to give an omnipotent universe that fills the whole space of consistency. A lovely dream to be actualized by the destruction of imperialism, theocracy and autocracy in a peaceful angelic world with no Hitlers Stalins or Trumps.

The key to this may be a firm connection between money and banking, so that cash is commensurate to debt. The perennial problem, pointing to deep misunderstanding of universal economics, is the [apparent] need for inflation to control growth in human society whereas the universe has grown immensely by honouring the zero balance conservation of energy, a feature based in the eternity of the initial symmetry [via a sequence of zero sum bifurcations?]. We have to rig a mathematical framework to this story that makes sense, quantized, logical, digital and consistent while enabling randomness and consistent creation. Another page of a potential manifest 0. I am being an old man dreaming dreams.

The notion of considering quantum bases as angels, immaterial items of intelligence, may be a smooth entre to theology, but is it going too far? Let us look more deeply at the hermitian operators.

The life of an angel is a vast and varying superposition of periodic signals, periodic at many scales from UHF γ rays to the life of the universe, all outside spacetime in the universal Hilbert space. Putting in the angels and the music makes it personal. All built on a foundation of time, frequency, amplitude - memory is a sequence of these attributes, perhaps wth a musical score, each instrument separate, a fermion feeding the signal of bosons. Photons carry time frozen from creation to annihilation. Fermions are space; photons are time? Every player has a script, a memory and a process, all printed in/on Minkowski spacetime; built around protons which are eternal closed processes. “They also serve who only stand and wait”. All this is recorded on tape/disk/silicon/ fermions. It should be relatively easy to break all this complexity down to the initial symmetry, which it all sits on driven by the random output of fixed point theory and the extraction of energy from the balance of cash (kinetic) and debt (potential) mediated by quanta of action, using cash to create potential (pay in) or potential to create cash (pay out); for every creation there is an annihilation and the intermediary is an action, and the perfection of these action maintains the conservation of energy and all other conservations within the symmetry.

E = hf one wave = 1 action, one circuit of the complex plane [through a complete set of 2π complex values. Harmonic operator = wave. [9th 50:41:bass vocal] I am surrounded by much beauty and enormous amounts of disaster coming from misunderstanding of the heavens by religious fools and misguided theologies which bind us in false constraints. What can I learn from Beethoven?

We can see there is a lot of extremism in high energy physics which finds its way into nuclear weapons and in more powerful accelerators for examining the fine structure of the universe. This does not necessarily mean that the fine structure is complex, [eg all photons are the same regardless of energy] but, more probably, because it is very near the structureless initial singularity, we can expect it to be very simple and easy to understand, complexity only arising with high numbers of individual particles and complex structures.

I am very old for my age, a firstborn in the world after nuclear weapons, traumatized by nuclear winter and global warming.

Known to archaeologists as Skeleton 150, the man was killed more than 700 years ago by a massive blow that shattered his skeleton in dozens of places before pinning him to the ground.
In a presentation at the biannual European meeting of the Paleopathology Association in Berlin last week, University of Bradford bioarchaeologist Jo Buckberry called the skeleton the first confirmed evidence of trebuchet trauma in the archaeological record. “The breaks indicate a very large area of impact and devastation,” she says. “It’s likely the individual was killed by a siege engine.”
“It’s convincing,” says Lukas Waltenberger, a forensic osteologist at Vilnius University who researches blunt force trauma but was not part of the research. “It seems like a high-velocity, high-force, high-speed impact in a short amount of time". [. . .]

Afghanistan remains the only country in the world that formally bars girls and women from secondary and higher education. About 2.2 million adolescent girls have been barred from secondary school for nearly 1,800 days. A 2026 UNICEF analysis projects Afghanistan will lose up to 20,000 women teachers and 5,400 health-care workers by 2030, with the restrictions already costing the country an estimated $84 million US a year. What strikes me most about this second ban isn’t that it happened again. It’s that the world’s failure this time isn’t due to a lack of awareness. Everyone knows what’s happening to Afghan girls. The failure is that knowing has not carried any real cost for the Taliban. [. . .]
In September 2024, Australia, Canada, Germany and the Netherlands formally invoked Afghanistan’s obligations under CEDAW, the UN convention against discrimination against women that Afghanistan ratified in 2003. It is a genuinely significant initiative because it’s the first time any states have attempted to hold another accountable at the world’s highest court for gender discrimination.
But two years on, the case has still not reached the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Civil society’s own statement marking the initiative’s first anniversary has described it as an effort that may eventually culminate in an ICJ case, not one that has achieved it.
When the Netherlands and Canada pursued a similar case against Syria over torture, they moved through each stage without delay. Once negotiations stalled in 2022, they promptly requested arbitration. It is hereby postulated that the topological structure of the electron is a closed two-turn Helix (a so-called Hubius Helix) that is generated by circulatory motion of a mass-less particle at the speed of light. A formulation is presented to describe an isolated electron at rest and at high speed. It is shown that the formulation is capable of incorporating most (if not all) attributes of the electron, including spin, magnetic moment, fine structure constant, anomalous magnetic moment, and charge quantization into one concrete description of the Hubius Helix. ABC News Verify found Facebook had monetised Australian accounts described as having white nationalist, neo-Nazi or anti-vaccine links. According to the report, some of the content they posted even appeared to conflict with Meta’s own monetisation policies.
Meta did not answer questions about the individual pages, and their earnings are not public. However, it did state if creators breach their policies their earnings will be disabled, and they may be removed entirely for repeated breaches.
Payment is different from simply allowing contentious speech to remain online. It creates a commercial relationship between platforms and the people who post content on them, and gives creators a reason to produce more of what performs.
“Meme factories” in countries like Indonesia, India and China exploit this, posting content on pages such as pro-One Nation groups without really knowing who Pauline Hanson is.
So how does it work, and what does it mean for the content you see?[. . .]
Meta describes the system as performance based. Essentially, the more engagement your content receives, the more money Meta will pay you. In 2025, Facebook paid creators nearly US$3 billion. [. . .]
