Marketing. Getting a new computer almost every day now, although most of the volume is crawlers. But they will lead people in. From little things big things grow. Everything in existence at this moment is a bud in a tree rooted in the initial singularity. Some buds become leaves and eventually die, but others become branches and may carry on to the end of time.

: phenotype = leaf
: genotype = branch

PROPER TIME = PROPER ORDER

Numerus motus (= event) secundum prius et posterius Aristotle.

FORCE = dp/dt. In a stable orbit there is no change of momentum, or statistically a very little change per moment of time so that we can say zero or negligible force is acting.

[page 156]

FORCE = indwelling of the spirit.

MOTION = changing (editing) a text.

Change of motion = editing text, FORCE edits TEXT.

We measure force by a cardinal number,m that is resolution.

FORCE CHANGES MOMENTUM = RESOLUTION (SPATIAL)

Let us examine the noetic space induced by a reproductive event.

RELIGION INTRO

The university has played another block. I am looking for creative dreamers, not defenders of an obsolescent faith whose records speak of the genocides committed in the course of taking over the 'promised land' One got the impression as a child that the Promised Land was a reward to the Children of God for being good. Later we

discover that t is simply the triumphant record of a small nation that suffered a lot but survived. Obtaining resources by warfare in a crowded landscape seemed natural then, and it is presented as natural that victories are the work of god, and defeats suggested a period of thinking again and building up new resources for attack (repentance).

We still exist in an age of war. Fortunately the threat of global nuclear conflict has receded and we begin to see how mad we were in the twentieth century, but there is a long way to go. Relaxing from total war, we are becoming aware of the ubiquitousness of global conflict, and shocked by the frequency of torture and pointless massacre.

It is time for a phase change in human mind space, that is it is time for a new religion powerful enough to replace global conflict with global cooperation, that is a religion that unites us all as elements of one

big organism, earth.

The essence of religion is to tap supernatural power.

Love is by definition the motivating force of the Universe, that is god is love. Since it applies to us all, it is symmetrical or undifferentiated from one point of view to another. The love that we have for one another gives us the root of an analogy to describe all the other forces in the Universe. In physical terms, love is a potential.

The ancients saw potential as a passive element, only activated by act. Modern physics has put potential and actual on an equal footing, since each shapes the other.

Not one word of technical comment.

The feeling of what happens: Antonio R Damasio. Damasio

The world has moved on since murdered kings were the bees knees.

My approach henceforth will be administrative, since we are dealing with institutional rather than natural personal problems. I will be alleging that the course Theo x as delivered to me was not value for money on the grounds that

a) it was not true to its description b), c), . . .

Subject to modification after I have read all the relevant legislation, rules, regulations, etc and decided that it is possible to make my case in the prevailing environment.

Damasio, Antonio R, The Feeling of What Happens : Body and Emotion in the Making of Consciousness , Harcourt Brace 1999 Jacket: 'In a radical departure from current views on consciousness, Damasio contends that explaining how we make mental images or attend to those images will not suffice to elucidate the mystery. A satisfactory hypothesis for the making of consciousness must explain how the sense of self comes to mind. Damasio suggests that the sense of self doe snot depend on memory or on reasoning or even less on language. [it] depends, he argues, on the brain's ability to protray the living organism in the act of relating to an object. That ability, in turn, is a consequence of the brain's involvement in the process of regulating life. The sense of self began as yet another device aimed an ensuring survival.'
