Tension appear to arise when time is of the essence. The essence of many sports is to induce erors in the opposition by subjecting them to time pressure by, for instance, bowling fast, so that they have little time to react, or playing the ball (or oneself) outside their 'action cone' so they cannot get there in time to lay the ball or make a tackle. are apt to induce tension in their workers by speeding up the pace of work until attention to detail falls off an errors begin to appear. What we might call the reasonable or professional or tradespersonlike approach requires that we take sufficient time to do the job properly.
So if anything is of the essence it is most probably time and timing. We can see quantum mechanics, like music, to be almost all about timing (and spacing).

All information is encoded physically but the meaning encoded is more than physical, something emergent. We can say meaning is 'spiritual' and is in fact unconstrained by its physical constraint.
Creation works by the random (symmetrical) exploration of logical space with the occasional discovery of a computable function which serves as the foundation for a stationary structure.
REAL and INTEGRAL are relative terms. If we read aleph(n) as integers, aleph(n+1) is real.

Beginning the transcription of notebooks from 1985 around the time I was preparing my Palm Sunday peace march speech. I wrote more personally then, in the first flush of my love affair with the proposition the Universe is divine. I was dimly aware then

of the consequences of this romance for theology: suddenly instead of being tied to rather weird old documents written by people who appeared a bit weird from a twentieth century perspective it was released into the whole Universe. As I have come to realize, every experience is experience of God. And what have I been doing in the meantime? Developing the thing I now call transfinite computer network and exploring the connections between it and physics, since all that we know about god and ourselves is encoded in my god's body, the set of experiences that constitutes my life. Now the excitement is building again because I think I have a model that fits both god and the Universe and tells us a lot about both. I have been underground in the foundations for 25 years and now I am coming into the light.

There is amoral side to this, a new way of looking ar ourselves. We are children of god, but not the children of god. We are part of the system and in principle take preference over nobody. In this light

we see the arrogance of the Pope who claims a very special relationship with god and preaches about human dignity while his abused servants abuse children and the system works to cover its hypocrisy.
My enemy is the pope, but I love my enemy because he is so perfectly wrong about everything that it gives me a very solid reaction against which I can deploy the force of reform.
We cannot call the Vatican a brood of vipers any more but they closely remember the people Jesus was talking about. Instead we must speak more soberly: the Vatican houses the management of the greatest error the human race has ever made, the separation of God and the World. For the Vatican, this error is its fundamental profit centre, for it sees itself as a conduit of information from God to Man and charges accordingly. It is inhibition (ie contradiction) that stops the world from falling down by maintaining structure. The motor traffic legislation bounds the behaviour of motor vehicles which are very dangerous objects, causing in the region of a million fatalities worldwide every year. We do not prohibit them because we want them. One can imagine the mahem if the government tried to prohibit motor traffic.
