Beginning revision of natural religion

Next should lead to next in preferred order of reading.

[page 115]

Each page is a leaf.

The droplet notion lies at the heart of this story. At present this site is structured as a tree, but when all the leaves have formed on the mature tree, that is when my formal contribution to the site is complete, one may read the leaves in any order, perhaps arriving at a different meaning or decoding of the same set of elements.

Religion - communication network, layered. We begin with love, the potential that makes it go.

Event management.

Personal and public religion.
Full complexity : analytic approximation

The foundation of politics is to promulgate law, and if that law is to be respected, to enforce it.

In peer spaces there is dual control. In ordered spaces there is authoritarian control.

We progress by making deals with one another.

Personal religion deals with errors in personal life, ie

overcoming the forces that are anti-life or oppress us - it takes us to the borders of public religion.

natural religion and natural spirit are duals, religion being the contraction of spirit to human affairs.

It is obvious from this that TR is inherently digital [?]

How big are the alephs?

Having outlined the model it is time to fill in some details.

We invent the term Old Religions

[page 119]

We at the project would like to think that we are introducing a new generation of religions. These religions will be rooted in an explicit scientific understanding of ourselves and our environment, rather than a handful (or roomful) of ancient texts.

NakedIcame: This page is devoted to empirical research to aid understanding an hypothesis first glimpsed in 1992 - that an open and accountable money system, coupled with global cash security, is necessary and sufficient to cool the human pace to a state of peace.

This, coupled with the assumption of scale invariance.

Feynman, Richard P , and Albert P Hibbs, Quantum Mechanics and Path Integrals, McGraw Hill 1965 Preface: 'The fundamental physical and mathematical concepts which underlie the path integral approach were first developed by R P Feynman in the course of his graduate studies at Princeton, . . . . These early inquiries were involved with the problem of the infinte self-energy of the electron. In working on that problem, a "least action" principle was discovered [which] could deal succesfully with the infinity arising in the application of classical electrodynamics.' As described in this book. Feynam, inspired by Dirac, went on the develop this insight into a fruitful source of solutions to many quantum mechanical problems.

Feynman, Richard, QED: The Strange Story of Light and Matter, Princeton UP 1988 Jacket: 'Quantum electrodynamics - or QED for short - is the 'strange theory' that explains how light and electrons interact. Thanks to Richard Feynmann and his colleagues, it is also one of the rare parts of physics that is known for sure, a theory that has stood the test of time. . . . In this beautifully lucid set of lectures he provides a definitive introduction to QED.'

Le Carre, John, The Russia House, Knopf; 0394577892 1989 Amazon Editorial Reviews From Publishers Weekly 'The master of the spy novel has discovered perestroika , and the genre may never be the same again . Le Carre's latest is both brilliantly up-to-date and cheeringly hopeful in a way readers of the Smiley books could never have anticipated. Barley Blair is a down-at-heels, jazz-loving London publisher who impresses a dissident Soviet physicist during a drunken evening at a Moscow Book Fair. When the physicist attempts to have Barley publish his insider's study of the chaotic state of Soviet defense, British intelligence steps in. Barley, after extensive vetting by both MI5 and the CIA, is made the go-between for further invaluable information, and in the process becomes involved with the physicist's former lover, Katya. The portraits of American and British intelligence agents are, as always, wonderfully acute, and the plot is a dazzling creation. Le Carre's Russia is funny and touching by turns but always convincing, and the love affair between Barley and Katya, subtly understated, is by far the warmest the author has created. But the singing quality of The Russia House , written at the height of le Carre's powers, is its pervading sense of the increasing waste and irrelevance of ongoing cold-war machinations: "That is . . the tragedy of great nations. So much talent bursting to be used, so much goodness longing to come out. Yet all so miserably spoken for that sometimes we could scarcely believe it was America speaking to us at all."
